Easy to work , but need more options

I like it but need more works . If you dial a number that needs to enter an extention or reach to IVR system with 1- Sales 2- support 3- ... You can not dial 1,2,3... Hope in new version you add at least a hide & show dial pad ,to be able to dial the extention and ivr options. Thanks
